Shipping policy

Please note: shipping carriers are not guaranteeing delivery times during the coronavirus.

All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $15 within 15 miles area of coverage.  Deliveries are made from 11:00 am to 7:00pm on Monday to Saturday and 12:00pm to 6:00pm on Sunday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at goodtimesshoponline@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
