🚫 No-Ship States (Full Consumer Online Delivery Ban)
We are completely unable to ship any vapor or tobacco products to residential addresses in these states:
- Arkansas
- Georgia
- Maine
- New York (Online shipping of e-liquids and flavor pods is heavily banned)
- Oregon
- South Dakota
- Utah
- Vermont
- U.S. Territories & Military: We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
🛑 Flavor Ban States (Tobacco/Menthol Only)
We can ship hardware and tobacco-flavored juices here, but all non-tobacco flavors (fruits, desserts, sweets, and sometimes menthol) are strictly prohibited:
- California (Strict statewide ban on all flavored tobacco, vapes, and disposables)
- Massachusetts (Statewide ban on all flavored vapes, including menthol)
- New Jersey (Statewide retail ban on flavored nicotine products)
- Rhode Island (Statewide ban on flavored ENDS products)

- San Francisco, CA (Complete ban on all vaping products)
- Chicago, IL (Flavor restrictions apply)
- Philadelphia, PA (Online liquid/salt delivery and flavored product bans)
- Aspen, Boulder, & Carbondale, CO (Local flavor and shipping restrictions)
📋 Directory Compliance States (Pennsylvania, Virginia, Florida, etc.)
Many states maintain a mandatory product approval registry. For states like Pennsylvania (enforced via Act 57), Virginia, and Florida, we are legally permitted to ship to your address, but only products that are explicitly approved on that state's official directory can be processed. Any unapproved items in your cart will be automatically removed at checkout.
